Ra'Niyah Iman West-Ellis passed away January 4, 2018 at Vaughn Regional Medical Center. Services will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Ashley's JH Williams & Sons Funeral with Laura McNeil officiating. Interment will follow immediately in Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.
