Frances Effinger, of Marion Junction, departed this life on April, 12, 2025. Funeral service will take place Saturday, April 26, 2025 11AM at New Vernon CP Church in Marion Junction. Mrs. Effinger will lie in state from 10AM to 11AM. Interment will immediately follow in New Vernon CP Church Cemetery.
