James “Tom” Richardson Jr.

Brother James “Tom” Richardson Jr., of Orrville, AL, was born on September 18, 1925 to the late James and Minnie Dell Richardson Sr. James confessed Christ at an early age and joined Green Grove Baptist Church and later moved his membership to First Baptist Church. James made a peaceful  transition from this life on August 14, 2022.
He was united in holy matrimony on August 15, 1952 to the late Bernice Early Richardson and to this union eleven children were born, eight sons and three daughters: Charles and Edwin Floyd (Daisy) preceded him in death.
He leaves to cherish his memories : Lorenzo (Lillie), Clyde (Rose), Michael (Jacqueline) of Yatesville, GA, Steven (Wonda), Rodrick (Felicia) of Pinson, AL, Quintin (Kim) of Calera, AL; three daughters, Patricia (Earnest) Rayford, Janice (Stanley) Coachman of Detroit, MI, and Cynthia (John) Givan of Adamsville.
The funeral services of James Richardson Jr. will be Saturday, August 20, 2022 at First Baptist Church, Orrville at 11:00 am, Interment will immediately follow in the Richardson Cemetery, Pastor Curtis Jackson officiating.
