Larissa Nakia Carter

Larissa Nakia Carter was born May 29, 2001, to Chavondee Nakia Thompson and Taurus L. Carter, Sr. Larissa confessed Christ at an early age and joined Elbethal Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Jayliah N.Cheese.
Larissa graduated from Kaisersalutern High School in Germany in 2019. She went on to further her education and graduated with an associate degree from the University of Maryland in 2021.

Kachavious Carter and De’Tavius Carter of Selma, Sisters, TaNijah Nakia Blythe, McKenzie Carter, Morgan Carter, and Megan Carter, all of Selma.
A host of great aunts and uncles, cousins, and great cousins. God mother, Carolyn Shaw. Visitation will be Friday, May 24, 2024 from 8AM- 6PM at Ashley's JH Williams Chapel. Homegoing celebration will be held Saturday, May 25, 2024 12 Noon at Providence Baptist Church. Interment will immediately follow in Lorenzo Harrison Memorial Gardens. The compassionate staff and management at Ashley’s JH Williams extends our deepest sympathies and prayers to the entire Carter-Thompson families.
