Monica M (Campbell) Ackles

Monica M. Campbell Ackles, was born December 18, 1976 in Selma, AL. to James Campbell and the late Carrie Campbell. She lived in Montgomery, AL. most of her life then relocated to Huntsville, AL. No matter where she went, she made countless friends and as many know, Monica didn't know a stranger. After battling complications from respiratory illness, Monica departed from us and entered her eternal rest on Sunday morning, May 16, 2021 at Crestwood Hospital in Huntsville, AL.

She leaves to cherish in her memories her husband, Terry Ackles; her daughters, Makliyah King and Makayla King; her siblings, Michael Fuller, Marcus Campbell, and Maurice Campbell; her father James Campbell; and a host of aunts uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

Monica will always be remembered for her charm and how she touched the hearts of everyone she met. It was impossible to be around her without smiling and laughing in fellowship with her. She loved her family very much and will be dearly missed.

A family Hour will be held Friday May 21, 2021 from 3-5 PM at AJH Chapel. Homegoing Celebration will be held Saturday May 22, 2021 @ 11AM in Serenity Memorial Gardens, officiated by Bishop Patrick Bonner. The compassionate staff at Ashley’s JH Williams & Sons Funeral Home extends our heartfelt condolences and prayers to the entire Campbell family.
