Norman L. Carter

Norman Carter, resident of Selma, AL. answered the master's call on January 31, 2024. The homegoing celebration will be held Saturday, February 10, 2024 12:00 Noon at Gospel Tabernacle Church of God in Christ. The interment will immediately follow in Pineview Memorial Gardens.
