Teresa Blount Smiley, a resident of Montgomery, gained her wings on January 22, 2020. Homegoing celebration will be held Saturday, February 1, 2020, 2PM at St Paul CME Church, officiated by Pastor Sharon Thomas, Interment will immediately follow in Lincoln Cemetery.
